OneDrive is the Microsoft cloud service that connects you to all your files. It lets you store and protect your files, share them with others, and get to them from anywhere on all your devices.
Cambrian Staff and Students each have up to five terabytes of storage on OneDrive.
OneDrive is accessed through your portal.office.com Apps as shown below. If you haven't signed into the Office365 portal before click HERE if you are a student and HERE if you are staff for details.
1. In your browser of choice navigate to portal.office.com
Sign in with your college account and password
I.e,
For Students: A00#######@mycambrian.ca
For Staff: john.doe@cambriancollege.ca
2. Once signed in and select the waffle menu in the top left of the window:
3. Select OneDrive from the App menu
4. That's it! You can now access the files you have synced to OneDrive.
Note:
Active students who previously had files stored on their Campus Personal Drive or "P Drive" have had their files migrated to their OneDrive as of September 1st 2022. The files will appear in the OneDrive as seen below:
