How can I view the status of my tickets and any updates?
Answer:
You can view your submitted service requests (along with the log of interactions with IT on each request) here in the TDX. There are three ways to find your requests and both require that you first log in on the top right.
Details:
At the top right of the select to Sign In. After completing the Single Sign On process you'll be returned to the portal. Now choose any of the three options below to view your tickets.
Option 1. Viewing your requests from the home page
Once you've logged in, from the main page of the Service Catalog choose the Ticket Requests button.
You'll be presented with a set of search criteria, followed by a list of your active requests. From here, you can search all of your IT service requests, whether currently active or closed.
Option 2. Viewing your requests from My Recent Requests
Once logged in, select Services from the menu bar to go to the main service catalog page. Under My Recent Requests, view a request by selecting the link. Select View All Recent Requests to see a list of your requests.
After selecting View All Recent Requests, you'll be presented with a list of all your recent requests. Use the search box to narrow down the list.
