Ensure you are signed in with your Cambrian College email address on the top right (Without signing in, you cannot view your open requests). For help signing into the portal click here.
Viewing Your Requests
From the Home Page click Service Catalog or from any page click Services on the top ribbon.
From the Service Catalog page, click Tickets Requests View All Recent Requests as shown below:

By scrolling down in the Ticket Requests page, you can see the Ticket ID, Title, Status and when it was last modified.
Update Your Requests
There are two ways to update your Service Requests
To add a comment to an existing ticket:
1. Reply to the email notification you received from TeamDynamix. Your response will be automatically appended to the ticket feed.
2. From you Ticket Requests scroll down to the ticket you'd like to update, open it by clicking the title of the request, scroll down and click Comment.
