Email / Microsoft 365 Password Reset

Description

This service is related to your on-site computer access, Microsoft 365, email account, wi-fi and printing at Cambrian College.

For Applicants your account is your A00######@mycambrian.ca, your Credentials will have been sent to your personal email.

For Students your account is your A00######@mycambrian.ca.  When registration has been completed, you will be sent an on boarding message to your personal email.  At which point the next time you login, you will be request to select a new password.

For Staff your account is firstname.lastname@cambriancollege.ca, your default password will be found in your hire letter.

For your security, we prefer not to send passwords via email or the ticketing system. Please give us a call 705-566-8101 x7370 to get your password reset by a technician during our OFFICE HOURS or try resetting it via the Self Service Password Reset Tool. If it is outside of our business hours or if there are no available technicians, please click the "Log A Ticket" button to log a ticket for a call back, don't forget to leave a contact number.

We need to know your full name and account. Please be aware, that we may challenge you for further verification information such as a date of birth.

Additional Details

All active faculty, staff, and students are granted a Cambrian Microsoft 365 account upon beginning with Cambrian College. If you aren't directly affiliated as noted and still need access to our systems your supervisor can request a Contractor account.
