The Facilities Management department aims to support the Cambrian College community through planning, constructing and maintaining the physical plant.

General Maintenance

Includes services involving installation or repair of flooring, ceiling tiles, walls, doors and railings.

Electrical

Includes services involving installation or repair of electrical outlets, lights and equipment.

Heating, Cooling and Ventilation (HVAC)

Includes services involving regular maintenance and repairs of the Cambrian College HVAC systems (heating, cooling and ventilation).

Plumbing

Includes services involving regular maintenance or repair of toilets, sinks, showers, drains and water fountains.

Logistics

Includes services involving delivery or removal of waste bins, installation or repair of furniture or accessories, room setups, request of sign(s) and COVID-19 PPE delivery.

Housekeeping

Includes services involving general cleaning of bathrooms, classrooms, labs, offices and meeting rooms, spills or accidents and replenishment of disinfectant products.

Physical Access

Includes services involving keys, key cards, locks, key cores and doors.
