Yes, your extension will remain and external contacts will still be able to enter your extension when calling the main line. Internal dialing however will need to be done by name.
Nothing, while the look may change they will function the same as before, unhook the handset or select the speakerphone option to be automatically connected to the operator.

No. The main number and other Cambrian published numbers (like fax lines) will not change, calls will just ring MS Teams instead of Skype for Business
Yes. The Teams mobile app is available through the app store, or Google play store. You will need to sign in with your Cambrian College email address and password. You will then be able to make and receive calls on your mobile device provided you have Internet access.
