MSTeams - Signing into your desk phone

This article will walk you through signing into your CCX500 Poly phone that has been upgrade to Teams.

 

  1. You will see a Teams screen after the upgrade, select refresh code on the touch screen to generate a code.
  2. Note the code and navigate to https://microsoft.com/devicelogin 
  3. Enter the code on the website.
     
  4. Sign in with your Cambrian College email address.

  5. Wait up to 5 minutes and your phone will sign in.
  6. You may have to enter your email address directly on the phone after this setup.
