Connecting to Wi-Fi - Barrydowne Campus

College Wi-Fi

Students and Employees are encouraged to use "Cambrian Wi-Fi" for preferred wireless network access.  This network uses the same user name and password that would be used when signing into a Cambrian College computer.  This network can access internal Cambrian resources and has a higher priority than traffic on the "Cambrian Guest" network.

Visitors to the Barrydowne campus can connect to "Cambrian Guest" for convenient Internet only network access.  Upon first connection a webpage will be displayed confirming that the user agrees to the acceptable use policy. Internal college resources are not available on this network and traffic is rate limited to a maximum of 10 Mbps per client.

Connecting to Cambrian Wi-Fi

By default, most modern operating systems should auto connect using the Student’s or Employee's computer account's username and password.  However, the user must have logged on to the Cambrian College network using a college computer.

If auto discovery does not work:

Network Name: Cambrian Wi-Fi
Security: WPA2-Enterprise

CA certificate (Not displayed on all devices): Use system certificates
