Using The Service Catalog To Submit A Ticket

How can I request assistance or log a ticket in TDX?

Answer:

You can request assistance from the Cambrian College by filling out a service request form from our Service Catalog

Details:

Find a service and submit a request

  1. Select Services from top navigation bar.
  2. Select Services A-ZSearchor you can browse Categories to find the service you need.
     
  3. Once you've located the service you need -
    1. Select the Request Service button
    2. Log in (if you haven't already)
    3. Fill out the form
    4. Select the Request button at the end of the form to submit your request.

What if I can't find the service I need?

Select Request for IT Assistance at the bottom of the Service Catalog main page to direct your request to the Cambrian College Service Desk. Technicians will assist you themselves, or will direct your request to the appropriate IT team member.
