Dial pad while in a call:
Ellipsis (3 dots)
- Opens a drop down to:
- Hold the call
- Transfer the call
- Transfer is a cold transfer
- Consult then transfer is a warm transfer
- Consult the person you want to transfer the call to before doing so
- Turn on live Captions
Transfer options
In the transfer window you can
- Choose a person
- Click Transfer
- Or send to voicemail
