MSTeams - Functions while in a call (dial pad, transfer)

Dial pad while in a call:

Ellipsis (3 dots) 

• Opens a drop down to:
  • Hold the call
  • Transfer the call
    • Transfer is a cold transfer
    • Consult then transfer is a warm transfer
  • Consult the person you want to transfer the call to before doing so
  • Turn on live Captions

Transfer options

In the transfer window you can

• Choose a person
• Click Transfer
• Or send to voicemail
