Troubleshooting AUDIO Issues
No sound from speakers / Speakers aren't loud enough
- The amplifier sends computer sounds to the classroom speakers. Make sure the AMPLIFIER is on and volume L & R knobs are turned up.
- Check classroom speaker volume on the computer to make sure it is turned up.
- Adjust volume in ZOOM or TEAMS if your students are not loud enough.

No microphone volume / Microphones aren't working
- The MIXER takes sound from the classroom microphones and sends them to the computer for ZOOM and TEAMS sessions. Make sure the power is on. Ensure that the MASTER and each individual microphone knobs are turned up.
- Make sure the ZOOM and TEAMS microphone volumes are set properly
Troubleshooting Display Issues
No display on Projector
Ensure the projector is on and set to the correct input (HDMI 1) using the Epson remote. While pointing the remote at the projector, press the HDMI button until HDMI1 is selected.
