Outlook Mobile - How to add a shared mailbox

  1. To setup Outlook on your mobile device first make sure to follow these instructions: https://cambriancollege.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/129/Portal/KB/ArticleDet?ID=4586 . You can proceed once you have setup your name Cambrian College account. The rest of the instructions require this. 
  2. Sign in to your primary account in Outlook for iOS or Android.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  3. Tap the Add Account button in the left navigation pane, then tap Add a Shared Mailbox. Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)

  4. Type in the email address of the shared mailbox you currently have access to and would like to add to your mobile device.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  5. Click Continue, if you have permissions to the mailbox it will be added.
