When device is enrolled to INTUNE using SCCM, it might give Windows Activation error. When it does that, please run the following two commands on command prompt as an Administrator.
wmic path SoftwareLicensingService get OA3xOriginalProductKey
slmgr -ipk <product key from last step>
The above two commands will help to activate windows. Please restart the system and check Windows Activation,
