Live Annotation

Zoom Whiteboards:

Zoom Whiteboard provides collaboration tools to capture ideas, processes, and concepts making it simple for hybrid teams to interact.

To be able to use all of the Whiteboard features please make sure you have the latest version on Zoom installed.

To update Zoom click your initials at the top right corner of the Zoom client and select Check for updates.

Once updated launch your Zoom session and click Whiteboards at the bottom right.

Then click Open and Collaborate.

You can also set if all participants can edit or just the host.

You can then draw, type, create sticky notes and more.

Word/Excel/PowerPoint Draw:

Word, Excel and PowerPoint have a tab called Draw. 

Once you share you desktop in Zoom, open the document you wish to annotate and click on the Draw tab.

From there you can draw, highlight, erase and more.
