Student Printing

  1. All students are charged for printing and copying, rates vary on page size/colour. Photocopying requires authentication at the copier, manually at the touch screen or using a card swipe. - B&W single-sided $0.10, B&W double-sided $0.08, colour single-sided $0.30, colour double-sided $0.25. 
  2. Postsecondary students are no longer given a balance at registration each semester. If the student has a balance, it is non-refundable.
  3. Students may purchase additional printing on the MyCambrian student portal in $1.00, $2.00 and $10.00 increments up to $40.00. 
  4. Papercut only charges for completed pages; if you need a refund please visit the IT Service Desk in room 2165 during office hours, or speak with the Library staff and provide details relating to the job not printing, or the printer not working. 
  5. If students don’t have the money to print the needed materials, Cambrian will provide emergency and hardship bursaries for students in urgent need. To apply for a bursary, go into the Student tab in myCambrian, click on the “Financing My Education” tab and follow the instructions.
