To disable notifications during a Microsoft Teams meeting:

Open Microsoft Teams.

Click the three dots (...) next to your profile picture in the top-right corner.

Select Settings.

Click Notifications and activity.

Scroll to the Display section.

Uncheck Show notifications during calls and meetings.

As an additional measure you can hide message previews in the notification banners.
- Under Display, uncheck Show message and content previews in notifications.
