Moodle will transition to Microsoft Single Sign-On (SSO).
What this means?
To access Moodle, you will now use your existing Microsoft account details. This is the same username and password that is used for Outlook, Teams, and other Microsoft services. myCambrian credentials will no longer be used for access to Moodle.
To access Moodle
Before you can use the full Microsoft SSO option, you will need to complete the following steps:
1. Open your browser and go to portal.office.com.
2. Sign in using your Cambrian Microsoft account (A00##@mycambrian.ca) and verify that you are successfully signed in.
a. If you are already signed in, return to the Moodle sign-in page and click “Microsoft SSO.” You may be prompted to complete Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
3. After completing the verification, you should be able to sign in to Moodle without any issues.

If you have never signed into your Cambrian Microsoft email account, your temporary password will be your date of birth (MMDDYY), where YY represents the last two digits of the year.

- If your existing password does not work or you experience any Microsoft authentication issues, please contact the IT Service Desk at extension 7370 or visit Room 2165, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
