Outlook - How to Send As a departmental mailbox

If you do not have access to send as your departmental or shared mailbox for your team please log a ticket via: https://cambriancollege.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/129/Portal/Requests/ServiceDet?ID=1901 . Manager approval will be required.

 

  1. Open up your desktop Outlook app.
  2. In the new email window click on the options tab, select From to show the menu to change sending address. 
  3. Click the From drop down menu and select your shared address or Other Email Address...
  4. Enter the shared email address and select OK
  5. You can now select your assigned Cambrian email or the shared address when sending messages.
