Outlook - Adding your email on mobile devices (Exchange Online)

How to add your email to your mobile device after the move to Exchange Online

All of these instructions assume your mailbox has been migrated to Exchange Online which will be happening over the weekend of April 28th 2023.

  1. Download the outlook mobile app from the Apple App store or Google Play store.
  2. Open the application.
  3. Click on Add Account
  4. Enter your @cambriancollege.ca email address
  5. You will be prompted with a Microsoft login page. Use your network login (same as webmail, computers on campus, Wifi)
  6. Click on Maybe Later to adding an additional account.
  7. Navigate your email. 

 

Optional Steps: remove Focused Inbox.

  1. Click on your profile picture in the top left hand corner and select the gear in the bottom left.
  2. Scroll down to Focused Inbox and slide the menu option off.
