How to convert a PDF into a Word document using Word or PDF Annotator

From the Windows start menu open Word and select Open:

Find the File you wish to convert and double click it:

Word will produce a warning, click OK:

Your document will then open in Word. 

If you do not like the way the document is formatted or if some of the features were lost in the conversion you can open the document in PDF Annotator.

Right-click the document and select PDF Annotator

The file will open in PDF Annotator.

If you are still not satisfied with the results you can submit a request for us to purchase Adobe Acrobat. Please note that we will ask for a budget code and manager approval, as all Adobe products have moved to a subscription service.
