AppsAnywhere - Clearing AutoDesk License Manager Errors

To clear the error stating: "The license manager is not functioning or is improperly installed. AutoCAD will shut down now." when launching AutoCAD through AppsAnywhere. 

1. Launch the CLOUDPAGING PLAYER

2. Delete the LS 2020 AUTODESK MASTER LICENSE_V2 and any AutoCAD programs under application. You can do this by clicking the application and then clicking the Remove icon at the top of the window. In the FILE menu, click the OPTIONS tab then navigate to the CACHE tab. From here, ensure that you CLEAR CACHE.

3. Launch FILE EXPLORER

4. Navigate to C:\TEMP

5. Delete the 3 files in the Temp folder

6. Log into AppsAnywhere and reinstall AutoCAD.
