How To Search The Client Portal

Using The Search Tool

1. On the Main Client Portal page, you will see a search bar under the Cambrian College banner, alternatively there is a search bar on the top right of every page of our portal.
2. On this search bar, click the globe icon to choose which section you would like to search.
3. Select the appropriate category (All, Knowledge Base, or Service Catalog)
4. Search a keyword.
5. You will then see results based on your selection and keyword.

Navigating by category

1. On the Main Client Portal page, select Knowledge Base, Service Catalog, or Student Services
   • The Knowledge Base contains helpful articles for self-service
   • The Service Catalog is where you will log, review, and update your service requests
   • The Student Services is a collection of FAQs and Quick Links for students.
2. Locate and select the Category that is most relevant to your question.
3. Choose the Article or Service that best matches your inquiry. You will be taken to that article or services page.
