To begin screen monitoring, first ensure that all student devices appear in the Classroom View (thumbnail grid). If you are not already in thumbnail mode, click View in the top ribbon and select View Screens. You can also double-click an individual student’s thumbnail to monitor that student separately.

Thumbnail view looks like this:

In the thumbnail grid, each tile represents a live view of a student’s screen. The screens refresh automatically in real time, allowing you to quickly scan the class for off-task activity, incorrect applications, or students who may need assistance.

If your the student systems in your classroom have dual monitors, click show all monitors.
