Departmental voicemail is still accessible via your Outlook client however it has moved.
Navigate to the groups portion of Outlook and find your Voice - Department
From here you can see voicemails and the transcriptions same as previously.
You will need to be a part of the Team Call Group to access voicemail, if you are not a member please have your manager log a ticket to have you added.
Voicemails can also be accessed via teams:
Navigate to the Call Queue channel of the voice team.
Under Calls you can see all calls, or navigate to just voicemails.
