MSTeams - How to change your Departmental Voicemail

Editing your departmental voicemail is similar to editing your personal voicemail:

1. Open your teams client and navigate to settings using the ... in the upper right of Teams.
   
   
2. Under settings select Calls.
   
   
3. In the top menu select the Call Queue (departmental queue) you would like to change the settings for.
   
   
4. You can either use the text to speech options or record an audio file for your voicemail / call overflow message.
   
   
   The Sound Recorder application installed on your laptop or a similar software can record this audio file.
