How to Create a Question in a Question Bank

Creating questions directly in the question bank lets you organize, reuse, and randomize questions across multiple quizzes within your course.

1. Navigate to the course where you want to create quiz questions.

2. Open the Question Bank and select Questions from the dropdown.

3. Click Create a new question.

4. Choose the question type and click Add.

5. Fill in the Question Details.

• Category: Make sure it’s going in the right folder.
• Question name: A short internal name (students won’t see this).
• Question text: What students will see.
• Add answers, feedback, and set grading depending on the question type.

6. Save the Question by clicking Save changes.
