Step 1: Access YuJa Panorama

  • Look for the YuJa Panorama icon or menu next to your course materials. It is usually represented as a circular accessibility icon.

  • YuJa Panorama is available for files like PDFs, Word documents, PowerPoints, and more.

Step 2: Generate Alternative Formats

  1. Find the file you want to convert into an alternative format.

  2. Click on the YuJa Panorama Accessibility Icon 

  3. A list of alternative formats will appear. Common options include:

    • Text-to-speech audio files: For listening to content.

    • Electronic Braille: For visually impaired users.

    • Accessible Word or PDF formats: Optimized for screen readers.

    • ePub: For reading on eBook readers or mobile devices.

    • High-contrast files: For better visibility.

Step 3: Select and Download a Format
