XP Pen Calibration

Summary

XP Pen calibration information

Body

Many classrooms now have an XP Pen as one of the monitors for the instructor machines. When you enter the room, you will notice a screen laying at a flat angle. There will still be one regular monitor on an arm stand.

If the angle is not to your liking, there is a lever on the back of the unit that you can press to change it.

The pen itself will be hanging on the side of the unit. Please ensure you put the pen back when you are done, thank you.

There is also a spare pen/nibs in the desk drawer if you have any issues. If you can't find it, please log an IT service request.

The unit should already be calibrated to have then pen lining up with the screen. This unfortunately gets reset if the person before you changes the displays. To re-calibrate the pen, launch the Pentablet application on the desktop.

When the software launches, select Work Area on the left, and ensure you're in the "Screen" option.
